Most people are out of shape.
There’s no judgement here but that’s the
truth.
And most people who
think they’re in shape do one or two things moderately well and
skip everything else that is important.
In other words, there are very few people who are actually in shape because they’ve missed or misunderstood the application of habits that lead to
true all round fitness.
The goal of this plan is to reintroduce all the habits and activities that will see you
perform better in all aspects of your life.
It’s no good having a big squat and sore knees. It’s no good if you’re able to run fast but can’t do a push up.
This plan will not only make you fitter and stronger, but it will also build mental toughness and resilience as you work to achieve the end goal.
The Women’s Challenge is A LOT different to the Men's because of biology.
As you’ll read in the guidebook when you get it, Women’s biology is far more complicated than Men’s.
This program will address important issues and subjects such as:
1. Learning how to eat to optimise body composition while honouring the various hormonal changes that occur during menstruation.
2. Did you know that the amount of fats and carbs you eat has to change at various times of the month?
3. Why you are almost forced to reach for chocolate late in the month?
4. Knowing how many days you can diet for before you risk losing your cycle?
5. Training that is designed for YOU and nobody else.
6. Understanding the 4 pillars of healthy ageing & how to implement each one into your daily routine.
. . . and SO. Much. More.
EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
- Pairs of kettlebells at 8kg, 12kg, and 16kg. (ie three pairs).
- Bonus points for 10s and 14s as well.
- Solid Pull up bar. Not a door hanging one please
- TRX or gymnastic rings. Running shoes. If you aren’t able to run then you need an exercise bike, bike erg, rowing machine etc for the cardio portion.
If you’ve got all that at home, that’s terrific, but most of you won’t and you’ll need access to a full gym.
This isn't a "Cookie Cutter" one size fits all program. It's designed for you.
I guarantee you have NOT come across a program like this before.
